not responsible for errors, omissions, or inaccuracies that were present in an approved proof.

Changes requested after proof approval may result in additional fees, revision fees, and

production delays. Custom invitations include one (1) revision with purchase. Custom party

bundles include three (3) revisions with purchase. Additional revisions beyond the included

revisions will be billed at $10 per revision.

SECTION 21 - EVENT DATE DISCLAIMER

Customers are responsible for ordering products with sufficient time to accommodate

processing, production, and shipping timelines.

While Little Dollie’s Co Boutique strives to meet estimated production and delivery timeframes,

we cannot guarantee delivery by a specific event date.

Little Dollie’s Co Boutique is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather

conditions, customs processing, natural disasters, supply chain disruptions, incorrect customer

information, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are encouraged to place orders well in advance of birthdays, baby showers,

celebrations, and other special events.

SECTION 22 - CUSTOMER-SUPPLIED PHOTOS AND CONTENT

Customers represent and warrant that they own or have obtained all necessary rights,

permissions, and licenses to use any photographs, images, logos, artwork, names, or other

materials submitted for custom products.

Little Dollie’s Co Boutique is not responsible for any copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or

intellectual property violations arising from materials provided by customers.

By submitting content for customization purposes, customers grant Little Dollie’s Co Boutique

permission to use such content solely for the purpose of creating, producing, and fulfilling the

requested order.

SECTION 23 - PRODUCTION PARTNERSCertain products offered by Little Dollie’s Co Boutique may be manufactured, fulfilled, printed,

embroidered, or shipped through trusted third-party production and fulfillment partners.

Customers acknowledge that products fulfilled by production partners may have different

processing times, shipping methods, packaging, and delivery schedules than products produced

directly by Little Dollie’s Co Boutique.

Orders containing multiple products may arrive in separate shipments.

All website content, product designs, digital files, templates, graphics, photographs, logos,

branding materials, product descriptions, and other content created or provided by Little Dollie’s

Digital products, templates, invitations, party bundles, and other downloadable content are
